Scott Cadwalader, Managing Partner
Over the years, Scott has developed and formalized a search methodology focused on quality outcomes, and has authored numerous articles on recruiting and retaining top talent, and on interviewing and assessing strategic hires for character, integrity and leadership. Scott is a board member and membership chair for the Southern California chapter of Society for Information Management (SIM), the premier not-for-profit organization of information technology experts, including CIOs, CTOs and emerging IT leaders. Since 2010, he also has been a frequent presenter/panelist at CIO summits across the West Coast for HMG Strategy. Scott has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Los Angeles, and a certificate from the UCLA Andersen Graduate School’s Managing the Information Resource program. George Sheth, Managing Partner
As a volunteer leader many times over, Mr. Sheth is on the HIMSS Southern California Chapter Board (completed his one-year term as President 6/30/09), the University of Southern California (USC) Asian Pacific Alumni Association (President: 2006-2007), the USC Marshall Alumni Association National Board, and the USC Marshall Partners Board. George has a B.A. degree from Occidental College and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Southern California with an M.B.A. in International Business. George has supported numerous clients, including Amgen, Blue Shield of California, Cardinal Health / CareFusion, Cedars-Sinai, CIGNA, City of Hope Medical Center, Health Net, Kaiser Permanente, L.A. Michael Bright, Senior Search Consultant Michael has 15 years recruiting experience supporting the High Technology and Biotechnology/Medical Device communities. As a full life-cycle recruiter, he has developed recruiting infrastructure processes, implemented social networking campaigns and events, mentored/trained recruiters, coordinated job fairs and more. He is proficient with a wide variety of internet sourcing strategies, and is a member of several professional recruiter organizations. Michael earned his B.A., Communications, at California State University, Sacramento. His clients include Amgen, Boston Scientific, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Intuit/Digital Insight, ITT Electronic Systems/Gilfillan, Kaiser Permanente, MTV Networks, Oracle, PeopleSoft and United Online.
Harry Schwarz, Senior Search Consultant Harry is a senior recruiter with 25 years of recruiting/research experience in a wide variety of industries, including IT, Biotech, Engineering, Banking, Insurance, Finance, Management Consulting (Big 4), Professional Services, Retail and Construction. To specify the functions for which he has conducted searches within these industries, it may be easier to list functions for which he has not recruited than those for which he has. He is an expert in both online and passive full cycle recruiting and research, and his greatest gift as a recruiter may be his ability to connect with his candidates. Harry’s clients in recent years have included BDO Seidman, Ernst & Young, HealthCare Partners and IndyMac.

Scott is co-founder and Managing Partner of Diligent Partners, LLC. For 14 years, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at another retained executive search firm based in Southern California. Scott is responsible for our firm’s search operations, client management, and sales and marketing. He also serves as the firm’s Information Technology practice leader. He has managed searches for many leadership roles across such industries as Biotech and Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Management Consulting, Medical Device, Manufacturing and Distribution, and Retail. Prior to entering executive search, Scott was a founding Principal at Transition Management Consulting, where he led client engagements in Organizational Assessments, Information Technology Strategy, Architecture and Platform Migration. Scott also was a Managing Consultant at SHL Systemhouse (now EDS). At Gartner Group, Scott was a Managing Director in Consulting Services. Scott began his Gartner career in sales as an Account Executive and then as a National Account Manager.
George is co-founder and Managing Partner of Diligent Partners, LLC. Previously, he was Executive Director and Healthcare Practice Leader at another retained executive search firm based in Southern California. Before that, he was a Strategy Consulting Principal focused on health plan IT strategy consulting within Kaiser Permanente's Information Technology division. Since the early 1980s, he has worked in managed care, provider practice management, new venture/product development, and information technology as a strategic management and business process consultant, project manager, and operations manager. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Mr. Sheth held executive management roles in the national healthcare consulting practices of Capgemini (now Accenture) and IBM / PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Sheth started his career in operational management roles at Health Net and Maxicare Health Plans. His areas of expertise include strategic business planning and development and business process redesign; new venture and product development; as well as core managed care and provider practice management software selection, implementation, and project management. George has been a leader in the application of technology to solve health plan strategic and operational issues and specializes in managed care claims processing, health plan marketing and product development, and e-Health strategy and implementation.
